Specialist UK Restorations recently completed this project in Leeds City centre. We were appointed as principal contractor, with the main scope of works involving large, detailed repairs to the cills, heads, arches and dental feature, which we then painted in a crack bridging elastomeric paint to leave a new, crisp look to this prestigious building.
Throughout the project the offices were occupied by a large Solicitors practice, and our ‘noisy’ works were programmed to work with the client in order to minimise any disruption.
