Specialist UK Restorations were appointed to carry out a concrete condition survey and remedial concrete repair works at Manchester Airport’s Terminal 2 Multi-Storey Car Park.
Following a detailed inspection identifying spalling, cracking and reinforcement corrosion, Specialist UK Restorations completed hand-placed concrete repairs, carbon-fibre strengthening and anti-carbonation protection to restore durability and extend the structure’s life.
The project was delivered safely on schedule and with minimal disruption, ensuring the car park remained operational while significantly improving structural integrity and long-term performance.
